Victor arrived in Barcelona more than two decades ago, and has since played a key role in building bridges between local talent and international opportunities. His background combines business experience with a deep commitment to the community.

He currently leads Barcelona Metropolitan, the digital platform of reference for the international community in the city, and advises startups in critical phases such as raising capital, defining market entry strategies or international expansion.

This global vision has also led him to become a board member at ConXhub, a telco challenger that facilitates the connectivity of expatriates, bringing an innovative approach to a traditional sector.
